Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
ASLM Consulting Ltd. (doing business as Pivot Accelerator) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website or through our Services, please notify our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL);
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the courts of British Columbia, Canada), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to our Services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
