Agreement to Terms
By accessing pivotaccelerator.io or using any services provided by ASLM Consulting Ltd. (doing business as Pivot Accelerator) ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ASLM Consulting Ltd.
Services
Pivot Accelerator provides coaching, consulting, and educational services related to career transition and AI-powered sales systems. Our services may include one-on-one coaching, group programs, online tools, and digital content.
No guarantees. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, prior experience, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific income, results, or outcomes. Any testimonials or examples shared are individual results and are not intended as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
This section describes our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Pivot Accelerator, you agree to the following terms.
Program Description
ASLM Consulting Ltd. (doing business as Pivot Accelerator) operates SMS messaging programs for the following purposes:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Service updates and notifications
- Customer support messages
- Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or strategy call
- Promotional and marketing offers (only if separately consented)
Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Pivot Accelerator at the number provided. Your consent is voluntary.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and the programs you are enrolled in. You may receive recurring messages.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply per your mobile plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and is outside of our control.
Mobile Information Privacy

Coaching Services and Payment
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in any coaching or accelerator program is subject to a separate coaching agreement that will be provided to you upon enrollment. That agreement will include specific terms regarding program scope, duration, deliverables, and payment schedule.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personalized coaching and consulting services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in your individual coaching agreement. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us at privacy@pivotaccelerator.io to discuss your situation.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within our programs, including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, videos, course materials, tools, and methodologies, is the property of ASLM Consulting Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
User Conduct

- Share, resell, or redistribute program materials, tools, or access to third parties

Disclaimer of Warranties

ASLM Consulting Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASLM Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, regardless of the theory of liability.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
